As a Firefighter, we have to be ready to go at a minute’s notice. That is one of my cooking mentalities, THE TRIPLE F. Every thing you cook should be FAST, FILLING, and FABULOUS!
One issue is sometimes is having wood chips or chunks in the station. I ran out one day but had a bag of pellets (the type for cooking! not the heating type…) So I tried some. BOOM. Crazy easy to use, takes up no space, and they are way more powerful and fast. I can get smoke flavor almost instantly using pellets, even on things like steak and burgers!!! Try it, let me know what ya think!
